Nexous Hub Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nexous Hub ("Nexous Hub", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a product developed and operated by SIXSIGMAONE Technologies ("Company").

By accessing or using Nexous Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. About Nexous Hub

Nexous Hub is an all-in-one business management platform offering multiple modules, including HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, Inventory, Expense Management, Invoicing, LMS, Meeting/Video Conferencing, Help Desk/Ticketing, and an AI Chatbot, among others. Your organization may have access to some or all of these modules depending on your subscription plan.

The features and functionality of Nexous Hub, including individual modules, may be modified, updated, expanded, or discontinued from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You may use Nexous Hub only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, business, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

3. User Account

Certain features of Nexous Hub may require you to create or access an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information where required.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring that your account is not used by unauthorized persons.
• All activities carried out through your account.

You should notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Nexous Hub only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not use the Service to:

• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

5. AI-Generated Responses

The AI Chatbot and other AI-assisted features within Nexous Hub use artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. You acknowledge and understand that:

• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
• The Service may occasionally generate incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate information.
• AI-generated content should be independently reviewed and verified before being relied upon for important decisions.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, technical, or other professional advice.
• We do not guarantee that any response generated by the Service will meet your particular requirements or expectations.

You are responsible for determining whether and how to use any information or content generated by Nexous Hub.

6. User Content

You may provide information, text, prompts, files, or other content to Nexous Hub ("User Content").

You retain your rights in your User Content, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate and provide the Service.

By submitting User Content, you grant the Company the necessary rights to process, store, transmit, and otherwise use that content solely as reasonably required to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content and that your use of the Service does not violate the rights of any third party.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information unless you are authorized to do so and such submission is appropriate for your intended use of the Service.

7. Recordings

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing the monitoring or recording of meetings, calls, or conversations when acting as a host or organizer using the Meeting module.

As a host, you may choose to record meetings conducted through Nexous Hub's Meeting module, including sessions created via our Google Meet integration. By using this feature, you authorize Nexous Hub to facilitate the creation and storage of such recordings through the connected service, subject to that service's own terms and policies.

Participants will receive a notification (visual or otherwise) when recording is enabled for a meeting. If a participant does not consent to being recorded, they may choose to leave the meeting.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Nexous Hub is also subject to our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information associated with your use of the Service.

Data you submit within a module (including chat conversations with the AI Chatbot) may be retained until you delete it, subject to applicable legal, security, operational, and backup requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

The Nexous Hub Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, features, functionality, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Remove proprietary notices or branding.
• Use the Nexous Hub name, logo, or branding without prior authorization.
• Create a substantially similar service using the proprietary components of Nexous Hub.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Company's intellectual property to you.

10. Third-Party Services and Technologies

Nexous Hub may integrate with or rely upon third-party technologies, infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, AI models, authentication services, or other third-party services.

Your use of such functionality may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those third parties.

The Company is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or practices of third-party services that are outside the Company's reasonable control.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep Nexous Hub available and reliable; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:

• Available without interruption.
• Free from errors or defects.
• Secure against every possible threat.
• Compatible with every device, browser, system, or environment.
• Available at all times or in every location.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security measures, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or functionality of Nexous Hub from time to time.

We may also introduce new features, usage limitations, technical requirements, or other changes as the Service evolves.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nexous Hub if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use of the Service creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
• We reasonably believe the Service is being misused.
• Required by law or a lawful authority.
• The Service is discontinued or materially changed.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and applicable legal provisions, will remain effective.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexous Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not make warranties or representations that:

• The Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
• AI-generated responses will always be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• The Service will satisfy every particular requirement.
• The Service will be completely free from errors, vulnerabilities, or interruptions.
• Information generated by the Service will always be suitable for a particular purpose.

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIXSIGMAONE Technologies and its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Nexous Hub.

This includes, where legally permissible, losses arising from reliance on AI-generated responses, loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIXSIGMAONE Technologies and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of Nexous Hub.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

17. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, recommendations, ideas, or other feedback regarding Nexous Hub, you agree that we may use such feedback to improve or develop our products and services without creating any obligation to compensate you, subject to applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over the Company's applicable place of business shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Nexous Hub, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Nexous Hub after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
