If you cancel, you have a 30-day data export window to download all your data in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). After 30 days, data is securely and permanently deleted from our servers in line with our data retention policy. We will never hold your data hostage it belongs to you.

Yes. NexousHub is built with Indian regulatory compliance in mind, including alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
