What is it?
Single sign-on (SSO) lets people sign in to NexousHub with the same company account they use for email and other tools. Advanced security adds extra checks, such as two-factor authentication, on top of a password.
How it works in NexousHub
- Your admin connects NexousHub to your company identity provider.
- Employees sign in once and open NexousHub without a separate password.
- Two-factor authentication asks for a second proof, such as a code on the phone.
- When someone leaves, disabling their company account also blocks NexousHub.
Example
An employee leaves on Friday. IT disables their company account, and their NexousHub access stops at the same moment, with no separate clean-up.
